Humanity is inherently complicated. Life brings so much our way — grief, stress, big changes, and a whole lot of unknowns about our bodies, our relationships, and where we're headed.
It's okay if that feels like too much. It's okay if you're anxious, exhausted, or just really lonely with it all. Therapy is a space to breathe, to be heard, and to start making sense of things — together.
I believe in the value of having someone to talk, outside of your own life. Someone with whom you can begin to explore who you are, what matters to you, and what may be shaping your experiences.
Therapy is where you can bring the most difficult, confusing, and complex parts of yourself — and show up exactly as you are.
This process supports a deeper understanding of yourself, and in turn, a better relationship with yourself and the world around you — building the awareness and tools to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Finding the right therapist is hard enough. I'm committed to offering a safe, supportive space — one where you can explore openly, with full confidence in my professional standards and complete confidentiality.

I work with my clients from my private practice office in Ledbury Mew North, W11 2AF. Less than a 10 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate Station. Bayswater and Queensway stations are also within easy walking distance.
In addition to providing face-to-face therapy, I also offer online sessions for clients using Facetime and Google Meet. Please contact me to find out more.
Sessions are £80. Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place weekly at an agreed day and time.
I offer appointments during the week, subject to availability. Your reserved time is held specifically for you.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged. If less notice is given, or you are unable to attend your session, the full fee will apply. If I need to cancel, I will aim to offer an alternative that week, and if this is not possible, you will not be charged.

If you're ready to have an initial conversation, fill out the form or feel free to email me directly.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential.
How does therapy work?
Therapy offers a confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional — helping you understand your patterns, build resilience, and develop healthier ways to navigate life's challenges.
What can expect from the first session?
Your first session is a chance to get to know each other, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and set the direction for our work together. I'll ask about your background and current situation — but there's no pressure to have all the answers. We go at your pace.
Can therapy fit into my schedule?
Of course ! I work with busy professionals and understand the demands of high-pressure job. Therapy is here to support you, not add to your plate. Depending on your goals, we can decide on a feasible commitment.
